Team Denver Homes - Central Park and Northfield Neighborhood Review

Central Park lies between Havana on the East and Quebec on the West. 29th (and a little portion up to Montview) on the south end and 60th Ave on the North. Northfield is known as the section north of I-70.

Central Park was formerly known known as Denver’s Stapleton Airport. It was closed down in 1995 and at the time nobody knew it’d be one of America’s best-selling Master Planned Community.

Central Park developers brought the best of Denver’s classic neighborhoods. With over 50+ parks, welcoming front porches, alley-loaded garages, architectural diversity, tree-lined streets, trails, pools, and public art, it is no wonder this pedestrian friendly community is a huge draw to young families.

Real Estate

This community is also known for it’s energy efficient homes. You have 24 home collections brought by 10 builders ranging from ultra-modern to traditional homes. Anything from single-family to all sorts of multifamily including condos, live-work townhomes, row homes, duplexes, and high-density apartments

Tons of amenities, restaurants and boutiques are found with 100’s of business owners in the many shopping centers. You have the popular Stanley marketplace, 29th & Eastridge Town Center as well as all your big box retailers at the Quebec Square and Northfield Shops.
